Turkish Recipes

I found this amazing web site with great Turkish recipes. It is incredible. Some recipes that I will soon try are Turkish Coffee, Meatballs in Tomato Sauce, Stuffed Artichokes with Olive Oil, Antalya Style Kidney Bean Salad, Apricot Couscous, and Caviar-stuffed eggs (yum!).
