The worst cookbook misprint ever
Today the BBC published an article detailing the most mortifying misprint ever in a cookbook. The cookbook, published by Penguin Group Australia, had in one pasta recipe mispelled pepper as people. Hence, the recipe called for "freshly ground black people" instead of "freshly ground black pepper". I think they should fire their proofreader, but I also think it happens to be an entertaining story. If you believe in Freudian slips, the mistake is even more entertaining!
