Ingredients: Adding rosewater to your coffee

Rosewater, a favourite Middle Eastern ingredient, is used in many dessert recipes. But have you ever tried it in your coffee? I recently started adding rosewater to my coffee and I haven't gone back to normal coffee. I'm a coffee purist who never adds sugar to her coffee, only the occasional milk. Plus I only started drinking coffee once I discovered Turkish coffee. So adding rosewater to my coffee was a big deal.

Rosewater adds a beautiful floral aroma and flavour to the coffee, and balances out some of the bitterness of coffee. It works well in espresso or in coffees with milk added. I add half a capful of rosewater (using the cap from the bottle to measure) to each coffee after it's brewed. Try it, and let me know what you think!
