Rosemary Rub

This is an incredibly simple way to add flavor to meat. Rosemary rub is wonderful on beef and stellar on lamb.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 twig rosemary
  • salt
  • pepper
Remove the rosemary from the twig and chop it into smaller pieces (I find that using scissors is the easiest way to cut herbs). Add to a small bowl with the olive oil, a dash of pepper, and a strong dash of salt. Mix together and drizzle on both sides of your meat of choice. Rub it in with your hands and now you're ready to grill!
