Recipe: Simple Summer Parfait

This is a great breakfast for hot summer days because yogurt and fruit really cools you down. The agave adds a touch of sweetness.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup thick yogurt
  • 2 apricots
  • 2 tablespoons blanched slivered almonds
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar (optional)
Mix your ingredients together and enjoy a perfect summer breakfast. You can substitute in honey instead of agave nectar. It looks most elegant served in a martini glass.
